Where are you located?

Sweet Silk production takes place at a commercial kitchen located in Long Island City, NY. All of our sweets and gift boxes can be purchased online or by contacting us directly at 973-400-9598.

How can I try your sweets?

For bulk and wedding orders, we provide a complimentary sample box (excluding shipping costs). Call or email to place your request for sample box and choose from our available flavors. We also host tasting events throughout the year at various locations in NYC/NJ. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Facebook and Twitter to get the latest on where to find us next.

Are your sweets gluten free?

Yes, all of our sweets are gluten-free. We do not use any wheat, wheat-based ingredients, rye, barely or other ingredients that may be harmful for anyone with gluten allergies.

Are any of the sweets you offer vegan

Yes, our dried fruit sweets, such as Fig Roasted Cashew, Apricot Honey Nut and Date Rose Pistachio are all vegan. We do offer a Vegan Collection that is specially packaged with only vegan sweets.

Do any of your sweets contain egg or egg products?

No. All of our sweets are vegetarian in that they do not contain any eggs, lard or animal byproduct of any kind.

Do your sweets contain preservatives?

We strive to provide only the freshest quality sweets with all natural ingredients. Therefore we do not use any additives or preservatives in our sweets.

What is the shelf life?

The shelf life varies depending on the type of sweet. For optimal flavor and tasting experience, we always recommend indulging in your sweets as soon as you receive them. Our sweet boxes are all marked with a “Best By” date and should be consumed by this date. All sweets are made with fresh and all natural ingredients with no added preservatives and therefore have a shelf life of 7-10 days. ("Shelf life" refers to the length of time the product will remain fresh after you receive it.) Read more about Product Care.

Can we request custom sweets?

Yes, we do offer personal services such as custom sweets for bulk orders and large catering events. For example, we can make our sweets to suit your dietary restrictions, use a different chocolate or even create a custom flavor combination just for you and your guests.
